Elderly/Disabled Multi-Family Housing
Overview
Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority manages three Elderly Multi-Family Housing Properties in Pickaway County.
Eden Place and Pickaway Terrace are located in Circleville and Louise Terrace is located in Ashville.
All properties are pet friendly and non-smoking.
Rent and utilities (water, trash, electric, gas) are based upon the household income and medical deductions resulting in rent and utilities set at 30% of adjusted income.

Applicants will be contacted to complete a full application as they near the top of the waiting list. Therefore, it is extremely important that applicants keep their contact information up to date. After determining final eligibility, applicants will attend a briefing session to review program requirements. After being briefed, applicants will receive their voucher.
Eden Place

The Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority owns and operates the elderly multi-family property of Eden Place. The three-story apartment building is located on the northern end of Circleville within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and medical offices, library and pharmacy. The building houses 40 studio and one bedroom apartments including four accessible units.

Who is eligible?
Eden Place is limited to below very low-income families and individuals who meet the following criteria. Income eligible families must also need the assistance.
- Elderly families or individuals where Head of Household or Spouse is 62 years of age or older or;
- Disabled households under 62 years of age when the Head of Household or Spouse has a mobility impairment that requires the features of an accessible unit.
- Accessible units are assigned to current residents first when the need for the accessibility features exist.
Signing a Lease
When offered the opportunity to reside in a rental property managed by PMHA, you will be required to sign a lease with the Housing Authority. This lease will give you a firm understanding of your responsibilities as a resident and the responsibilities of PMHA as your landlord. In general, you may remain at Eden Place as long as you comply with the lease and program requirements.

Louise Terrace

The Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority manages the elderly multi-family property of Louise Terrace. The two-story apartment building is located in Ashville, which is in northern Pickaway County. The building houses 41 one bedroom apartments including two handicap and one hearing impaired accessible units. Louise Terrace is within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants.

Louise Terrace is limited to very low-income families and individuals who meet the following criteria.
- Designated for elderly families or individuals where Head of Household or Spouse is 62 years of age or older

The Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority manages the elderly multi-family property of Pickaway Terrace. The rowhouses are located less than two miles south of Circleville, off Tarlton Road. Located next to the Pickaway Senior Center. The property houses 60 one bedroom and two bedroom apartments including 6 accessible units.

- Newly renovated in 2019
Who is eligible?
Pickaway Terrace is limited to low-income families and individuals who meet the following criteria. Income eligible families must also need the assistance.
- Designated for elderly families or individuals where Head of Household or Spouse is 62 years of age or older or
- Families or individuals where Head of Household or Spouse is under 62 must meet program disability requirements.
Signing a Lease
When offered the opportunity to reside in a rental property managed by PMHA, you will be required to sign a lease with the Housing Authority.
